The problem

Carriers pay from their estimate, not your documented cost to repair

Adjusters work from carrier line items. Contractors and insureds work from bids, photos, and policy language. When those views diverge, the argument usually lives in email threads and one-off PDFs instead of a single packet tied to the policy.

Indemra keeps the claim file, line-item totals, and policy citations in one workspace. You can show where the carrier estimate falls short and what you are asking them to revise.

How it works

From uploads to a cited packet

  1. 01

    Collect evidence

Add your policy, carrier estimate and/or contractor quote, receipts, photos with location and phase, and optional notes. Each claim has its own workspace.

  2. 02

    Read & structure

We pull line items from your estimates, find the policy language that applies, and label your photos.

  3. 03

    Analyze the gap

Indemra compares the carrier and contractor replacement-cost totals and ties each gap to policy language and room-level findings.

  4. 04

    Ship the packet

Preview HTML in the browser, download a versioned PDF advocacy packet, and create a new version when documents change.

What you get

What’s in a claim packet

A print-ready PDF (with matching HTML preview) built from your uploads and your latest numbers. Sections show up when there are findings to print. We do not pad empty chapters.

  • Cover & executive summary

Claim metadata, table of contents, and a short overview of the dispute.

  • Policy authority

Detected forms and relevant policy clauses tied to the findings.

  • Room-by-room findings

Carrier vs contractor dollars, deficiency narratives, and before/after photo pairs when you label location and phase.

  • Personal property & code

Dedicated chapters when contents or code/ordinance findings are present.

  • Reconciliation & request

Roll-ups of replacement-cost totals, disclosed deductible and depreciation, and the adjustment requested.

  • Claim notes

Notes you added in the workspace print on the next packet you create.

Who it’s for

Contractors, adjusters, and homeowners

Restoration contractors

Document scope and dollar differences before or after the carrier writes. Works with just the carrier estimate, or with your own bid too.

Public adjusters

Manage multiple client claims in one organization workspace with owner, admin, and member roles. Produce cited packets without rebuilding the argument from scratch each time.

Homeowners

Use an individual workspace to organize your file and build a packet you can send. No line-item spreadsheet required.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Indemra a public adjuster or law firm?

No. Indemra is software that organizes your claim file and produces a cited advocacy packet from your uploads. It does not negotiate on your behalf or provide legal advice.

What do I need to build a packet?

You need your policy and at least one estimate (the carrier's or a contractor's). If we can't read an estimate PDF, we'll tell you.

Who can use the workspace?

Homeowners can use an individual workspace. Contractors and public adjusters can use an organization workspace for multiple claims. Clients can add evidence to a claim you manage.
